However, in the event that your items are damaged, or you received the wrong order, please contact our customer service email contact@munaleebeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. In this email, please include: a photo of the items(if applicable), the order number, and a detailed description of the issue. Please allow 48-72hrs for a response. 

Unfortunately, MunaLee will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. We will make sure that all goods are in perfect condition and shipped out properly to our customers.
